Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dresser ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy, which describes what information the app collects, how it may be shared — including with third-party service providers — and the choices you have. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Where the law that applies to you requires your separate, explicit consent for specific processing described in the Privacy Policy, we will ask for it distinctly, as that policy explains.

What Dresser Is

Dresser is a virtual wardrobe and AI styling app that helps you digitize your closet, organize outfits, and get outfit suggestions. Photos you add are processed on your device; some information derived from them may be sent to, or processed by, third-party services — currently including Firebase, Google, and Apple — as described in the app's Privacy Policy. Dresser also offers an optional account (Sign in with Apple) that syncs your wardrobe to those same services so it can follow you to a new device — you are never required to create one; see the Privacy Policy's "Accounts and Sync" section for exactly what that involves.

Your Content

You retain all rights to the photos and other content you add to the app. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to photograph and use any clothing images you add. Do not use the app to store or process content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to use.

AI-Generated Suggestions

Dresser uses AI (Google Gemini, via Firebase AI Logic) to suggest clothing attributes and outfit ideas. These suggestions are provided for convenience and inspiration — they are not guaranteed to be accurate, appropriate for every occasion, or free of error, and you are always free to edit or ignore them. Weather information used in suggestions comes from Apple WeatherKit and may not always be current or precise for your exact location.

Dresser can also generate a new, AI-stylized studio photo of an item you own — at your request, or, for the very first item you confirm during onboarding, automatically as part of introducing the feature. A generated studio photo is a stylized derivative of the original item photo and may not exactly reproduce every detail (for example, a logo, wordmark, or pattern); your original photo is always kept alongside it. Service Availability

Some features (AI attribute tagging, the AI stylist, weather-aware suggestions) depend on third-party services and require an internet connection. These features may be unavailable, rate-limited, or degraded at times outside our control; the app is designed to remain usable for your core closet data even when they are.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Dresser may offer auto-renewable Premium subscriptions and consumable Studio Credit packs through Apple's In-App Purchase system. The purchase screen shows the exact localized price, billing period, trial eligibility, renewal terms, and included benefits before you confirm. At launch, the U.S. reference prices are $9.99 per month for Monthly Premium, $39.99 per year for Annual Premium, and $4.99 for a pack of 25 Studio Credits; prices and taxes may differ by storefront and currency.

Monthly Premium has no introductory offer. Eligible new subscribers to Annual Premium may receive a seven-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial or current subscription period ends, the subscription automatically renews and Apple charges the payment method associated with your Apple Account at the price shown in the purchase flow. You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Dresser does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles billing, refund requests, and payment-card information; Dresser never receives your full card details. Restore Purchases is available in the paywall and in Settings.

Premium currently provides unlimited AI outfit suggestions and Stylist chat, subject to the disclosed fair-use terms, plus 10 Studio Credits for each monthly allowance period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over into the next monthly period. Cancellation leaves Premium active until the entitlement's actual expiration; expiration or revocation removes the subscription allowance. Purchased Studio Credit packs are separate, never expire, and are spent before the monthly subscription allowance, while any remaining monthly allowance still refreshes on its usual date. A credit pack is offered for sale only when Dresser includes a feature that can use those credits.

Apple may notify you of price changes and request consent where required. If you do not accept a required price increase, the subscription may expire at the end of its current period. Statutory cancellation and refund rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.

No Warranty

The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated suggestions will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to the App and These Terms

We may update the app and these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected in the app's release notes.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device, which also deletes your locally stored closet data. If you have ever signed in with Apple, deleting the app does not delete your account or the wardrobe data already synced to our servers — use Delete Account in Settings → Account (see the Privacy Policy's "Accounts and Sync" section) to remove that too. Any records already held by our service providers (for example, crash or analytics records) are retained and deleted according to their own retention practices and our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or discontinue the app or any of its features at our discretion.

Open-Source Software

The app includes open-source software components, including the Firebase SDK for Apple platforms, which is licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0). Copyright and license notices for these components are provided by their respective authors and remain in force; those components are used under, and subject to, their own license terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence may still apply and are not affected by this clause.
